Anxiety can be debilitating, affecting not only our mental well-being but also our physical bodies. Many individuals experience mental and emotional stress, but also physical pain due to anxiety. We have safe and supportive space for you to process your fears and worries without judgment.
We understand the mental and emotional struggles that can lead someone to self-harm. It’s challenging to break the cycle because self-harm often provides the experience of “feeling something,” or a means toward comfort and escape. Regardless of the reason, our goal is to be present voice and supporter for you to find peace.
We are here to help you find peace with your body and value your self-image, regardless of whether it’s body image, shame, or negative self-worth.
Burnout is a reality, and it's something few bounce back from. Our fast-paced society fosters an anxious and exhausting life. "Doing more" and/or "doing good things" is often associated with "success," but can lead to career-ending or life-altering burnout. We are here to help you recover from or avoid burnout.
