The Director of Medical Services manages the daily operations of the medical clinic. You will serve as the primary department head to the Medical Department of FRM, and report directly to the Director of Operations and the Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Clinical Leadership: Providing nursing assistance to providers, assisting with minor procedures, and coordinating clinic dates and times.
Volunteer Management: Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff and volunteer nurses to ensure the clinic is well-supported.
Operational Oversight: Managing medical supplies, ordering medications from the central pharmacy, and keeping the supply room orderly.
Patient Advocacy: Handling patient follow-ups, communicating test results, and managing all medical records and charts to ensure excellence in care.

We are looking for a "team player" who views healthcare as a calling and a ministry. The ideal candidate is someone who is as comfortable with administrative organization as they are with direct patient care.
Required Qualifications:
Spiritual Maturity: A mature believer with a strong sense of calling to the mission and clients of First Refuge Ministries.
Medical Background: Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or hold a higher medical credential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required for managing records and schedules.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to honesty, flexibility, and confidentiality.
