Our Cancelation Policy

First Refuge Counseling covers the tuition deposit of $475.00 for ALL students to the Association of Biblical Counselors.

This deposit is required by the Association of Biblical Counselors before anyone can start Equipped to Counsel. It is non-refundable.

Therefore: If you decide to cancel your enrollment in the ETC Program, please be aware of the following:

1.) Students on the $150.00 Payment Plan:

If you cancel within the first 3 months of the program, you will still be responsible for the first 3 months of payments to help us cover the ABC tuition of $475.00. There will also be a cancellation fee of $65.00.

If you cancel after 4 months, no fees or further payments will be required.

If you cancel within the first 3 months, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance, excluding the $475.00 ABC tuition cost plus a cancellation fee of $65.00. 

If you cancel after 6 months, refunds will be at the sole discretion of First Refuge Counseling and Education.
